CategoryDescription
Identity ResolutionThis is a list of service users which have not been resolved to an Identity from an Downstream Application. These can also be called Unreconciled Users, and can be processed here in the Alerts section or using a special User Access Review Type: "Unreconciled User Accounts". See User Access Review Types for more details.
Identity CollisionAn identity collision alert is created when a Service User is picked up from an application which could be matched to multiple identities based on the username matching criteria configured in Clarity (multiple Service Users could match jsmith@email.com).
Token FailureThis will trigger when an application connector is no longer able to successfully validate the connection to the Downstream Application.
Access RequestRequests from users (using the Self Service Portal) which would like access to an application or specific Entitlements are collected here. Only the Clarity Users that can approve the request (and Admins) can see these Alerts.
Lifecycle ManagementAlerts related to the provision and deprovision actions in Clarity will be listed here and shown for assigned approvers.

Ignore Option

Clarity has the option to ignore Identity Resolution alerts. If you choose to ignore an alert, this action cant be undone without contacting your Clarity Support team. In a future update, you can expect to see any alerts you have ignored, and will have the option to return these ignored alerts back to an active state.
