These can also be called Unreconciled Users, and can be processed here in the Alerts section or using a special User Access Review Type: "Unreconciled User Accounts". See [User Access Review Types](/home/docs/access-review-types) for more details. | | **Identity Collision** | An identity collision alert is created when a Service User is picked up from an application which could be matched to multiple identities based on the username matching criteria configured in Clarity (multiple Service Users could match jsmith@email.com). | | **Token Failure** | This will trigger when an application connector is no longer able to successfully validate the connection to the Downstream Application. | | **Access Request** | Requests from users (using the [Self Service Portal](/home/docs/self-service-about)) which would like access to an application or specific Entitlements are collected here. Only the Clarity Users that can approve the request (and Admins) can see these Alerts. | | **Lifecycle Management** | Alerts related to the provision and deprovision actions in Clarity will be listed here and shown for assigned approvers. | ## Ignore Option Clarity has the option to ignore Identity Resolution alerts. If you choose to ignore an alert, this action cant be undone without contacting your Clarity Support team. In a future update, you can expect to see any alerts you have ignored, and will have the option to return these ignored alerts back to an active state. --- ## Need Help? If you have any problems, contact your customer success team. You can also get in touch with our general support [via email](mailto:support@claritysecurity.io), open a [support ticket](https://support.claritysecurity.com/home). Our general support team is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST. An identity is a single entity's (employee, contractor, service account) grouping of service users, attributes, and assigned entitlements. A Downstream Application is any application that supplies Clarity with service users, entitlements, and attributes. An unmatched **active** Service User, not tied to an Identity, was found in a Downstream Application. These generate Identity Resolution Alerts. A Service User is a user, or service account, discovered by Clarity in a downstream application. An Entitlement is an assignable permission found in a downstream application. Common examples include licenses, groups, and policies.
