How to Setup the Connector

Step 1: Log into the Bitwarden Vault Web UI (Not the browser extention)

Step 3: Navigate to your organization

Step 4: Collect your API Key

From the Organization, click Settings

Then click either Organization Info OR My Organization. Depending on your level of access you will see one of the two options.

Depending on your level of access you will see either Organization Info OR My Organization on in the Settings table. Click whichever is present for you

Click View API Key

Copy the Client ID and Client Secret that appear.

Step 5: Log into your Clarity Security Portal

Step 6: Click On Applications. Select Marketplace. Then search for Bitwarden and click connect.

Step 7: Configure the connection.

Copy your client id and client secret from Bitwarden into the matching fields in Clarity.

Step 8: Configure the additional Application Settings.

Complete the App Settings form. Details for each field can be found at the following article: Common App Configuration Steps

Step 9: User Settings

Complete the User Settings form, check the table at the top to see if any features are unsupported. Details for each field can be found at the following article: Common App Configuration Steps

Step 10: Validate Your Selections and Save

Save

Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
