This guide will teach you how to set up the connector between Webex and Clarity Security.

How to Setup the Connector
Step 1: Log into the Webex developer portal at https://developer.webex.com/docs/integrations
Step 2: Click Create an integration > log in to the portal.
Step 3: On the new integration page, fill out the form with the following information.
- Will this integration use a mobile SDK: No
- Integration Name: Clarity Security Connector
- Icon: select your favorite default icon or use the Clarity Security logo.
- Description: Clarity Security integration
- Redirect URI:
https://tenant.claritysecurity.io/application/oauthProcessCode/webex
- Scopes:
- Spark-admin:licenses_read
- Spark-admin:people_read
- Spark-admin:people_write
- Spark-admin:roles_read
Step 4: Click Add Integration at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Under the OAuth settings Copy and store the Client ID and Client Secret.
Be sure to copy the Client ID and Client Secret into Clarity before leaving the page. Once you leave you will not be able to retrieve these values.
Step 6: Log into your Clarity Security Portal
Step 7: Click On Applications. Select Marketplace. Then search for Webex and click connect.
Step 8: Configure the connection.
Copy your hostname, integration_key, and secret_key from Duo into the matching fields in Clarity.
Step 9: Configure the additional Application Settings.
Complete the App Settings form. Details for each field can be found at the following article: Common App Configuration Steps
Step 10: User Settings
Complete the User Settings form, check the table at the top to see if any features are unsupported. Details for each field can be found at the following article: Common App Configuration Steps
Step 11: Validate Your Selections and Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
