Recommendation:
Create a service account in Citrix Sharefile to manage the API credentials. This account must have all permissions listed under People and Create and Manage Connectors under Connector.

How to Setup the Connector

Step 1. Log into the Sharefile API Portal > Login > Company Domain > Credentials.

Step 2. Click Get an API Key.

Step 3. Click Create New.

Step 4. Configure the API Key and click Generate API Key.

Application Name: Choose a descriptive name, such as "Clarity-App-Connector"

Description: Not required

Redirect URI: Web > 

https://YOUR_TENANT.claritysecurity.io/application/oauthProcessCode/citrixsharefile

DO NOT CHECK "I don't know or will not use a redirect URI"

Step 5. You will be redirected back to the Your API Keys landing page. Copy your Client Id and Client Secret.

Step 6. In the sidebar, click Quick Start Guide > copy the URL under Where to access the API.

Note: The URL in the Where to access the API box corresponds to the value base_url in Step 12.

Step 7. Log into Clarity Security.

Step 8. Click on Applications and select Marketplace.

Step 9. Scroll to find Citrix- Sharefile and click Connect.

Step 10. Fill out the Connect App form with the proper credentials.

Step 11. Fill out the App Settings form.

Step 12. Fill out the User Settings form.

Complete the User Settings form, check the table at the top to see if any features are unsupported.  Details for each field can be found in the following article: Common App Configuration Steps.

Step 13. Validate Your Selections and Save.

Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing).  This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
