Enhancements & Connectors

Attribute Mappings Update

“Include in Update Commands” toggle is now available so admins can control which mapped fields are sent in outbound update commands.

Dynamic Workflows Update

• The configurable email action now has variable substitution for recipients, subject, and email body. 

• A new “Trigger Custom Script” action can execute Clarity Connect scripts within workflows.

• Workflow execution displays accurate retry status (“Attempt X of Y”) and surfaces clearer error messages on permanent failures.

Onboarding Form & Submissions

• Identity attribute renames now automatically propagate to onboarding configuration forms.

• Quick navigation to the identity page is now available after submitting an onboarding form.

On-Prem Application New User Email

You can now choose who receives new user credential emails: designated HR contact, manager, or specific identities. 

Tag Visibility

Selected tags are now more visible in onboarding form tag pickers.

Connector Updates

• Clarity Connect: Added support for reactivating existing users on on-prem connectors including Active Directory, LDAP, MSSQL, and dynamic database services.

• OAuth Connectors: Improved token refresh handling to prevent sync failures when multiple requests refresh tokens simultaneously — benefits RingCentral, OneLogin, Paylocity, Bitbucket, Power BI, Snowflake, Domo, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Teams, Workday, and Jira.

• RingCentral: Expanded sync coverage to include all supported data types.

• Slack: Rebuilt the Slack connector on SCIM v2 for improved reliability, pagination, and lifecycle management.

• Tableau: Resolved a sync parsing issue that prevented data retrieval.

Minor Bug Fixes

What Was Fixed: Column rearranging is now enabled in the Manage Columns control for ABAC and similar tables.

What Was Fixed: Onboarding form now reliably links identity attribute fields by ID, preventing duplicate attribute records and improving rename resilience.

What Was Fixed: Dynamic workflows provisioning now fully supports Clarity-managed entitlements across all provisioning actions.

What Was Fixed: Improved the application edit form layout for better readability.

What Was Fixed: Improved the Context Attribute drop-down in the Identity Submission form for easier option selection and reset.

What Was Fixed: Refined radio button click targets on the Onboarding Submission form to prevent accidental selection changes.

What Was Fixed: Streamlined the unsaved changes warning on the Onboarding Form Builder to a single prompt.
