Common Support Questions
I am connecting to Clarity for the first time, is this how I retrieve my password?
That is correct, once your Implementation team has created your account, a random password is generated. Use this process to reset this to a password only you know.
Do I need to worry about this password if we use SSO to login?
Typically no, this password does still exist for your local Clarity account, but if you are using SSO then you should not need to worry about this password. You can still reset it using the process outlined above, and use it to login.
