How to Setup the Connector

Step 1. Log into Lucid 

https://lucid.app/users/login#/login

Step 2. Click Admin on the left side menu

Step 3. Select App integration

Click General and then scroll down and click the Custom OAuth Settings button.

Step 4. Create Custom OAuth 2.0 Client name

OAuth 2.0 Client Name > Clarity Connector

Name it something similar to Clarity Connector

Step 5. Click the Details link 

This is above the box you entered the name into.

Step 6. Select Authorized Redirect URLs

Add the following URL and copy your Client ID and Client Secret values: https://[yourClaritySubdomain].claritysecurity.io/application/oauthProcessCode/lucid

Your Clarity subdomain is what is between https:// and .claritysecurity.io

Step 7. Log into Clarity Security

Step 8. Select Applications

And then click on + Marketplace.

Step 9. Connect Lucid

Either scroll or use the search functionality to find the application.

Step 10. Fill out the Configure App form

Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from Lucid into Clarity > Validate

The table at the top of this article lists the supported features of this connector.

Step 13. Double-check your entries and Save

Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing).  This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
