Before you begin:
We suggest using a separate identity account dedicated to API usage, distinct from personal accounts and the account(s) you use for administration and entry access. That way, you can manage their permissions and rotate passwords independently, etc.
How to Setup the Connector
Step 1: Log in to https://control.openpath.com/login
Step 2: After logging in, extract the org ID using the URL. In the example below, 302 would be the org ID.

Step 3: To create a new identity > Add User button on the top right corner
Step 4: Enter the Service Account as name, service account in email format, and start date
Step 5: Add admin access, click the Portal Access slider, and add the Super Admin role.
Step 6: Click Submit
Step 7: Log in to Clarity
Step 8: Click On Applications and select Marketplace
Step 9: Search for OpenPath and click Connect
Step 10: Fill out the Connect App form

Step 11: Fill out the App Settings form
Step 12: Fill out the User Settings form
The table at the top of this article lists the supported features of this connector.
Step 13: Validate Your Selections and Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual Syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
