This guide provides instructions on setting up a connector between two platforms, with an estimated completion time of 30 minutes. How to Setup the Connector
Step 1: Obtain your Paychex Client Id, Company ID, and Paychex Codes from your Paychex account
This Paychex Client ID can be found when you log in to [https://paychex.com] (https://paychex.com) and select Company
Step 3: Go to the Integration page and select Buddy Punch
You will want the Paychex Client ID and Paychex Codes for this step
Step 4: Follow the steps below to create a Company and get the Company ID
a. Click administration | Forms & Documents | Company Documents & Links
b. Click Add Link. The Add Employee Link screen displays.
c. Type the link address in the Web Address (URL): field.
d. Type the link title in the Title: field.
e. Check the View in Employee check box to make the link available to employees in the employee tab.
f. Select the Branches and/or Locations of employees that can view the link.
g. Click Save.

Step 5: Grant Access to a 3rd Party API Application by going to Company Settings and clicking Connected Applications
Step 6: You will see an Access Requested Notice
Step 7: Toggle the Integration Connection
Step 8: Log in to Clarity Security
Step 9: Select Applications and then click on Marketplace
Step 10: Search for Paychex and click Connect
Step 11: Fill out the Connect App form

The table at the top of this article lists the supported features of this connector.
Step 14: Validate Your Selections and Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
