Feature Highlight:

We have heard you loud and clear! Reports needed a major update that included saving custom filters, new report types, and a UI facelift. With this release there are a number of new reports including:

  • Entitlement details

  • Identities

  • Service Users

  • User Entitlements

  • Review items

These new reports allow you to easily provide evidence to your auditors, prove completeness and accuracy of Clarity’s data, and more.

Additionally, you can now configure filters within the reports and save them! This is a huge quality of life improvement for the power-users out there. Depending on the report types you are able to filter on some / all of the following properties:

  • Application name

  • Date ranges

  • Active Status

  • Name

  • And so much more!

Additional Features:

Clarity API

The long awaited delivery of a Clarity API is here. All customers now have the ability to create their own connectors that have the ability to push and pull data from Clarity! You are able to interact with:

  • Identities

  • Entitlements

  • Applications

  • User Entitlements

  • Entitlement-Entitlements

The API uses cURL commands, meaning you are able to build a connector in all major (and most esoteric) programming languages.

Clarity Connect

Two major enhancements have been made to Clarity Connect and On-Prem syncs. The most notable is that applications can now send data directly to SQS rather than a Clarity server. The two major reasons for this change are:

  1. Syncs have proven to be more stable if the data is sent directly to SQS.

  2. UI latency improves dramatically!

Please work with support to move your applications from API to SQS to enjoy these improvements.
