Workflow Webhook Trigger Update

Workflow webhook triggers now accept human-friendly identifiers like emails, application names, and entitlement names in any payload order, making it easier to integrate external systems like ServiceNow without needing to know Clarity's internal IDs.

Push Identity Attributes Exclusions

The “Push Identity Attributes” action in an “Identity Modified” workflow can now exclude certain attributes from being updated.

Connector Improvements

• Deltek Costpoint: Now has full lifecycle management support, including write-back for ABAC-driven user management and ingestion of deactivation dates to automatically mark expired service users as inactive.

• Google Ads: Resolved connector setup and OAuth token authentication issues to streamline initial configuration.

• RingCentral: Improved accuracy of service user entitlement linking during syncs.

Minor Bug Fixes

What Was Fixed: Improved contractor termination detection in Active Directory by correcting the account expiration attribute lookup and increasing the check frequency to hourly for more timely deactivations.

What Was Fixed: Fixed a uniqueness check bug with the username rules used to create “samaccountname” for AD.
