Enhancements & Connectors

Database Query Logging

Dynamic database applications now automatically log changes to queries, with a new Application Sync Query Audit Log report showing the exact query state during any sync.

Faster Orphaned Account Termination

The Orphaned Users report now includes a direct action button to deactivate or delete orphaned accounts if the target configuration supports it. 

New Lifecycle Management Workflow Actions

• "Add Specific Entitlement" action allows for automated assignment of identities to specific groups, such as an Active Directory graveyard, upon termination.

• "Push Static Application Attributes" action automatically clears specific attributes in AD, Entra, or Okta during the termination process.

• "Delete Service Users" and "Deactivate Service Users" provide an alternative to blanket termination when used with filters.

• "Deprovision Entitlements" action allows for selective deprovisioning when used with filters, providing an alternative to immediate deprovisioning of all access during terminations.
  

Access Review Enhancements

• Access reviews now have additional customizable columns in the main table, surfacing data that was previously hidden in "More Info" side panels.

• Identities with "View Progress" can now see progress of Completed access reviews, equal to their visibility of In Progress reviews.

• Archived templates and upcoming reviews can now be deleted. This does not impact historical reviews or reviews in progress.
  

New Connectors & Connector Enhancements

• Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP now reads in entitlement descriptions for role-type entitlements.

• Oracle Cloud Identity Domain now reads in the last logon of users.

• Entra ID supports new entitlements and identity-entitlements for Identity Governance Access Packages.

• Dynamic Database and Clarity Connect apps now support multi-valued user attributes.
  

Minor Bug Fixes

What Was Fixed: ABAC Profiles now recalculate when an identity is re-activated without any changes to other identity attributes.

What Was Fixed: You can now deactivate a Clarity User on an already inactive identity.

What Was Fixed: The Data Normalization Engine can now handle imports with periods in column headers.
