Enhancements & Connectors
Customizable Leaver & Mover Forms
This release brings leaver and mover workflows into the same forms system as onboarding, with the customizability admins already know. Build tailored forms for departures and role changes, route submissions through approval workflows with conditional sign-off, and update existing identities directly rather than creating new ones. Managers no longer need separate systems for different lifecycle events, cutting friction and reducing errors across the employee lifecycle.
Application Attribute Mapping
You can now import and export application attribute mappings, making it easier to reuse configurations and reduce manual setup errors.
Identity Page Layout
Improved the layout of the identity tabs so more of the Entitlements table is visible without excessive scrolling.
Knowledge Base Chatbot
The in-app Customer Agent chatbot is now generally available across all deployments.
New Connector: NinjaOne
Added a new connector to bring NinjaOne identity and access data into Clarity.
Connector Improvements
Box: Improved membership handling so users with large numbers of group memberships are fully captured.
Cisco Meraki: Now imports all users, not just administrators.
Datto Autotask: Corrected large-result role reporting so complete role data is returned for bigger datasets.
Delinea:
Group-to-folder and group-to-secret access, along with direct user grants, are now captured accurately.
Improved sync efficiency and pagination when collecting groups and roles.
Secrets set to not inherit folder permissions now correctly reflect that in Clarity.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Updated entitlement matching for compatibility with the latest Business Central version.
Microsoft Teams: Tuned request rate limiting to align with Microsoft Graph limits for more reliable syncs.
Monday.com: Added pagination for board data so organizations with more than 100 boards capture all entitlements.
Okta: Improved the performance of role-assignment sync for large user populations.
Power BI: Added federated access support so Entra groups that grant workspace access — and their members — are correctly represented.
ServiceNow: Improved entitlement matching so results are correctly scoped to each user.
Minor Bug Fixes
What Was Fixed: The dashboard widget “My Review Items” now accurately reflects completed reviews so reviewers see consistent completion status.
What Was Fixed: Restored full data and filtering in the Termination Details report and the Joiner, Mover, Leaver report now correctly includes movers and leavers.
