Access Reviews Text Wrapping

Added text wrapping to the Description column so longer descriptions stay easy to read.

What Was Fixed: Access Reviews now keeps its item counter accurate as you move between pages.

What Was Fixed: Access Reviews now selects the assignee option precisely where you click.

What Was Fixed: Application info cards now collapse when you click the Info button a second time.

What Was Fixed: Entitlement names containing special characters (such as angle-bracket text) now display fully in the main panel.

What Was Fixed: Entitlements page user table now auto-sizes its columns so all cell values are fully visible.

What Was Fixed: LCM Workflows dashboard filters now reliably return results, including identity names that contain spaces.

What Was Fixed: Profiles page now shows the full profile name without unnecessarily shrinking the name column.
