Enhancements & Connectors

New Identity Onboarding Form

We have enhanced the identity onboarding form with new capabilities including: a customizable questionnaire, conditional field logic, field sets, file uploads, and a view of historical submissions. You can enable this feature by configuring the form and setting it to Active.

Leave of Absence (LoA) Workflows

New workflow actions are available for handling several leave of absence scenarios, including: Check Attribute Changes (condition), Deactivate Service Users, Delete Service Users, Reactivate Service Users, and Reprovision LoA Access.

ClarityConnect Custom Scripts

You can now execute custom PowerShell and Bash scripts on remote hosts directly from workflows. This update includes a script management UI, execution history, WinRM support for Windows hosts, and parameter mapping from workflow context.

Improved Multi-Select Fields

Selected options now display as blue pills below the field with a count indicator and there is a new “Clear” button for quick deselection.

TSV File Support

The Data Normalization Engine now supports TSV (Tab-Separated Values) file imports in addition to CSV.

ABAC Attribute Default Settings & New Attribute Type

New ABAC attributes default to an "Exception" strategy. Identity Type is now available as an ABAC attribute.

New Connectors & Connector Enhancements

• New integrations now available for:

  • Auth0: Available with full user, role, and connection sync with user provisioning and conflict handling.

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Available for user and role access reviews via the OCAPI.

  • Palo Alto Networks (Strata Cloud Manager): Available for IAM user and role access reviews using service account authentication.

  • Zoho Cliq: Available with OAuth 2.0, entitlement provisioning (channels, teams, departments), and multi-datacenter support.

  • NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro: Available with OAuth 2.0 authentication, read-only user/role sync, and XML API support for LCM operations.

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM: Available with full user, group, and role provisioning support.

• Connector Enhancements:

  • Microsoft Teams: Migrated from limit/offset to cursor-based pagination for improved readability with large directories. Teams authentication support added.

  • Tableau: Migrated from XML to JSON request bodies and updated authentication to use the X-Tableau-Auth header.

  • PowerBI: Updated to a dedicated Entra application for authentication and added support for AAD Security Groups.

  • HR Connectors (ADP, Bamboo HR, Dayforce, Paylocity, UKG, Workday): Added employment status attribute mapping across all major HR connectors for use in Leave of Absence workflows.

  • Bitbucket: User records now include email and username fields.

Minor Bug Fixes

What Was Fixed: Asterisks can now be used in passwords.

What Was Fixed: Entitlements are now correctly archived after successful deprovisioning in both cloud and on-prem paths.

What Was Fixed: ClarityConnect provisioning commands can now include full user data context, which prevents undefined user_data errors during deactivation, deletion, and entitlement operations.

What Was Fixed: Email address generation for names containing hyphens.
