Data Normalization Engine Query Building

Streamlined the query-building experience with a unified, schema-aware query editor and a cleaner, less-cluttered interface for authoring and managing normalization queries.

New Trigger & Action in Dynamic Workflows

Added a new trigger and action that automatically mark an identity's read-only birthright access as provisioned.

Copying Grid Cells

You can now copy the contents of grid cells, making it easy to grab values such as entitlement identifiers.

Single Sign-On

Added support for individual Clarity and partner (MSP) support logins through AWS Identity Center, replacing shared admin accounts with attributable per-employee access.

Minor Bug Fixes

Dynamic Workflows:

• Improved the reliability of the Queue Missing Access step during onboarding workflows.

• Improved the sub-workflow experience with a range of display and configuration refinements across the dashboard and workflow builder.

• Resolved an issue so that user provisioning no longer includes applications from inactive access profiles.

• The Execute Script action now offers your organization's actual identity attributes — including custom ones — as workflow context options.

• Improved the search bar in workflow failure alerts to correctly find alerts by name.

Lifecycle Management:

• Improved lifecycle event detection so that deactivating an identity reliably runs the Leaver workflow.

• Refined Manager role permissions so access aligns with its intended scope, while preserving identity creation for Access Certification Admins.

• Resolved an issue so the Mover workflow now reliably fires for all eligible identity changes.

• Improved handling of read-only applications so provisioning attempts settle immediately with the correct status instead of retrying unnecessarily.
