Enable/Disable Workflow Switches
Added an explicit enable/disable switch for each workflow, so only one enabled workflow can own a trigger and creating or editing a workflow never silently changes what runs.
Workflow Drafts & Version History
Workflow edits now stay in a draft version until you publish, and every version records who created, published, enabled, or disabled it and when, with a side-by-side comparison of changes.
Last Name Username Rules
Added a collision option that widens the last-name portion one character at a time (for example DamonS, then DamonSp, then DamonSpi) as an alternative to the numeric suffix, and made it easier to build first-name-plus-last-name rules in the guided builder.
Minor Bug Fixes
What Was Fixed: Improved the Workflow Execution Logs table on the Lifecycle Management dashboard so it loads quickly for tenants with very large workflow run histories.
What Was Fixed: Improved uniqueness checks to recognize when an identity already owns its username, so re-running a rule no longer generates an unnecessary variant.
