How to Setup the Connector
Step 1: Procure your subdomain
The subdomain value will be API or APIEU. For US-based customers, please use API. For European-based customers, please use APIEU.
Step 2: Log in to Solawinds Samanage and select Setup > Users Access from the sidebar and click your name
Step 3: Select Actions > Generate JSON Web Token
Step 4: Log in to Clarity Security
Step 5: Select Applications and click on Marketplace
Step 6: Search for Samanage and click Connect
Step 7: Fill out the Connect App form

Step 8: Fill out the App Settings form
Step 9: Fill out the User Settings form
The table at the top of this article lists the supported features of this connector.
Step 10: Validate Your Selections and Save
Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
