This guide will teach you how to set up the connector between Site 24x7 and Clarity Security.

How to Setup the Connector
Step 1. Head to Zoho API Console.
Step 2. Click Get Started.
Step 3. Select Create Now under the "Server-based Applications" card.
Step 4. Configure the OAuth App settings and click Create.
App Name: Choose a descriptive name, such as "Clarity Connector"
Homepage URL: Enter "https://www.claritysecurity.io"
Authorized Redirect URIs: Enter “https://[YOUR_CLARITY_DOMAIN].claritysecurity.io/application/oauthProcessCode/site247”
Step 5. Copy Client ID and Client Secret into a secure location.
Step 6. Log into Clarity Security.
Step 7. Click on Applications and select Marketplace.
Step 8. Scroll to find Site 24x7 and click Connect.
Step 9. Fill out the Connect App form with the proper credentials.

Step 10. Fill out the App Settings form.

Step 11. Fill out the User Settings form.
Complete the User Settings form, and check the table at the top to see if any features are unsupported. Details for each field can be found in the following article: Common App Configuration Steps.
Step 12. Validate Your Selections and Save.
