This guide will teach you how to set up the connector between Zoho CRM and Clarity Security.

How to Setup the Connector
Step 1: Go to the Zoho API Console and click Get Started
Log into the Zoho API Console at https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole
Step 2: Click Create Now under Server-based Applications
Step 3: On the Create New Client page fillow out the form with the following values. Then click Create.
- Client Type: Server-based Applications
- Client Name: Clarity Security Connector
- Homepage URL: https://claritysecurity.io
- Authorized Redirect URIs:
https://your_tenant.claritysecurity.io/application/oauthProcessCode/zoho-crm
Step 4: You will be redirected to the Client Secret page, copy the Client ID and Client Secret into your Clarity portal.
Step 5: Log into your Clarity Security Portal
Step 6: Click On Applications. Select Marketplace. Then search for Zoho CRM and click connect.
Step 7: Configure the connection.
Copy your client_id and client_secret from Zoho into the matching field in Clarity.
Step 8: After clicking validate you will be redirected to Zoho to allow Clarity to access the CRM.
Step 9: Configure the additional Application Settings.
Complete the App Settings form. Details for each field can be found at the following article: Common App Configuration Steps
Step 10: User Settings
Complete the User Settings form, check the table at the top to see if any features are unsupported. Details for each field can be found at the following article: Common App Configuration Steps
Step 11: Validate Your Selections and Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
