This guide will teach you how to set up the connector between Zoom and Clarity Security.

How to Setup the Connector
Step 1: Zoom Marketplace
Navigate to the Zoom marketplace and click Build App from the Develop dropdown in the top right corner.

Step 2: Choose your app type
Click the Create button under the OAuth app type.
Step 3: Create an OAuth app
Provide a descriptive name for your OAuth app and select the app type "Account-level app".
Step 4: App Credentials
Record the credentials from this step, they will be needed later on. Set the Redirect URL for OAuth and add it to the Allow List (shown below).
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret into a secure location, you will need these in Step 10.

This will be the name of your tenant, and the unique identifier (default is "zoom") of the connector you create within Clarity. This value is shown in Step 10.
Step 5: Navigate to Scopes for your OAuth app
Back on the configuration page for your new OAuth app, navigate to the Scopes section and click Add Scopes.
Step 6: Add scopes
Add the scopes detailed below to your OAuth app, make sure all six scopes were saved once complete.
User, Group, and Roles Scopes:
- user:read:admin
- user:write:admin
- group:read:admin
- group:write:admin
- role:read:admin
- role:write:admin
Step 7: Log into your Clarity tenant.
Step 8: Click on Applications and select Marketplace
Step 9: Search for Zoom and click Connect
Step 10: Fill out the Connect App form

Client ID: This was collected in Step 4.
Cleint Secret: This was collected in Step 4.
Step 11: Fill out the App Settings form

Step 13: Validate Your Selections and Save
Clicking the Save button will trigger the first full sync for your application (even if you selected Manual syncing). This includes Service Users, Entitlements, Service User Entitlements, Service User Attributes.
