Below are some examples of emails that Clarity will send during different stages of the Access Review process.
Initial Email
Below is an example of an email that would be generated and sent out to all Identities assigned as a Reviewer of at least 1 item in the review. You can delay the sending of this email by checking the appropriate box during Access Review creation.
Re-assignment Email
When an Access Review item in Clarity is reassigned to a new Identity, the same email as Initial Email will be sent.
Access Review Reminder Email
The email is sent on the configurable frequency as a reminder for the upcoming completion date for any active access reviews. Check out this article to learn more: Access Review Reminder
