Clarity’s September hotfix release expands connector coverage and resolves several high-impact issues that impacted syncs, workflows, and access reviews.

Impactful Bugs and Fixes

Bug Description: “Status” and “Active” values for Service Users for the Clarity App out of sync with the Identity they belonged to 

What was the effect: UAR remediation could not be completed by Admins 

Bug Description: Ensure all Application Syncs are marked as Failed when no Users are found. Some Applications would still see their syncs listed as Complete despite no data being fetched. 

What was the effect: If the Application continued to fail to fetch data for 3+ days, Clarity could start soft-deleting users and user-entitlements. 

Bug Description: Long-running workflow steps time out What was the effect: Workflows failed to complete Bug Description Workflow Action, Send Configurable API Request, fails for certain dynamic fields 

What was the effect: The API request would not be sent 

Bug Description: Username Generation’s incrementer fails in some cases

What was the effect: Creation of new users on downstream applications failed when trying to provision new access 

Bug Description: BitBucket User-Entitlements misconfigured 

What was the effect: Clarity was incorrectly displaying user-entitlements that did not actually exist in BitBucket 

Bug Description: Cannot create a new Static Tag 

What was the effect: The last step in creating a new Static Tag would fail to save the Tag and apply the filtered entities 

Bug Description: Access Review Template Form - Editing an existing template would not pre-check the checkboxes 

What was the effect: The template might have the values checked for various options, but the UI would not show the checkboxes as checked

Bug Description: Role Access Reviews of Type “Selected Role Owners” would include role ownership roles that had been removed 

What was the effect: Role-Entitlements could be included for roles that should not have been in the access review
