Clarity has identified some impactful bugs that are being hotfixed on October 14th, 2025 outside of our regular release schedule. Additionally, a minor enhancement has been added to Access Reviews.

Impactful Bugs being Hotfixed

Daily check is now performed on user-entitlements, ensuring any inactive users have all user-entitlements removed from Clarity’s listings.

• After discovering some edge cases where user-entitlements were not successfully removed during application syncs, Clarity has implemented an additional daily check to ensure that Clarity is representing user-entitlements correctly.

Application AWS was failing to mark new users as active after creation

• While the user was successfully created in AWS, Clarity was not representing them as Active until the next full application sync. This has been corrected to immediately show them with the correct status.

The Cloudflare application connector was not syncing

• Clarity has refactored the application to meet the updated API specifications of Cloudflare

Additional columns are available on Access Reviews

• Added “Identity Active” and “Entitlement Definition” as hidden columns on all UAR screens. Right-click on a column header then check the column(s) you want to add. Identity Active is also a Filter option.
