Role Reviews

Now that Clarity has built out the basics for your roles using out Role Mining process, next you should have the Role Owners review the access added by Clarity. Before you create the reviews, you may want to assign Role Owners, and then create the reviews assigned to the Role Owners.

Assigning Role Owners

You will want to assign Role Owners to each of your Roles, so if you create Role Reviews, you have an easy choice on who the review items will be assigned to.

Individually

You can navigate to an individual Role, and click the pencil icon and then select the Owner(s), then click Save.

Bulk Edit

To edit the Role Owner field for multiple Roles at once, head to the Roles Page (Roles > Bulk Edit), and look for the Bulk Edit button in the top right. Use the Path column header to filter the list to the group of Roles you would like to make changes for, then click Save Changes to commit the changes.

Role Reviews

Create a Role Access Review to either review individual roles, or groups of roles as shown below, and choose to assign the items to Role Owners if you configured Roles Owners as described above.
