    Review Item Reminder and Manual Remediation Reminder Email Updates

    Clarity often coordinates multiple parallel reviews, and our current reminders make it clear there’s work to do, but not how much and for which reviews.

    We’ve enhanced the item reminder emails to include a direct link to the review the reminder is for, as well as a count of open items.

    Manual Remediation Reminder Emails to Admins will also break out counts by Access Review with direct links to the reviews

    These changes save reviewers and admins from searching their inbox for reminders, and saves a few clicks in finding the relevant reviews with outstanding work.

    Ongoing Improvements

    One Click OAuth Connection for Zoom and Github

    As promised, Clarity has continued adding new applications for our new marketplace token exchange method, known as GATE (Gateway for Authentication and Token Exchange). This new authentication layer enables one click connection flows for integrations that exist as part of a marketplace.

    This release, we are adding support for Zoom and Github, allowing those applications to be on-boarded with just one click.


    Clarity intends to extend this authentication method to new applications and our existing marketplace (where supported), significantly speeding up new connections and onboarding for major enterprise applications.

    New Connectors

    Clarity now supports additional connector types for:

    Delinea Secret Server (User Access Review + Lifecycle Management)

    Atlassian Cloud (User Access Reviews Only)

    ServiceNow (User Access Review + Lifecycle Management)
