ADP Connector Refactor

Issue: ADP made changes to its API requiring a major connector update.
Fix: Connector refactored to restore data sync functionality.
Impact: Admins relying on ADP should now see resumed or improved connector performance.

Blackline Role Entitlement Enhancements

Issue: Sub Role support was missing or limited in the Blackline connector.
Fix: Enhanced entitlement mapping and visibility for Sub Roles.
Impact: Admins using Blackline get clearer, more actionable role data.
