Article summary

See what access you currently have, what’s active, and what’s expiring — the starting point for removing or re-requesting access.

Who this is for: Everyone can view their own access. Managers and admins can also view their team’s access. Where it happens: Manage Access → Team Access (/access-hub/access/team-access).

This page is titled “My Access” for individual contributors and “Team Access” for managers. It’s the home base for the two follow-on tasks: removing access and re-requesting/renewing access.

Open your access

Get to your access in any of these ways:

  • Dashboard → View My Access quick action.

  • Dashboard → My Expirations card (opens your access already filtered to what’s expiring).

  • Manage Access → Team Access in the navigation.

Choose whose access you’re viewing

At the top of the page there’s a view toggle:

  • My Access (default) — your own access.

  • My Team’s Access (managers/admins only) — access held by the people you manage.

Filter by status

A status filter lets you narrow the list to:

  • All — everything.

  • Active — access that’s currently in effect.

  • Expiring — access that’s approaching its expiration date.

  • Expired — access whose duration has run out.

Each result is an application card summarizing the access you hold in that application.

Drill into the details

On any application card, click View Entitlements. A “View Entitlements” panel opens listing the individual entitlements under that application, with:

  • Entitlement Name

  • Type

  • Expiration Date (when the access lapses; permanent access has none)

  • Actions — depending on the entitlement, a menu to Remove or Re-Request Access (see the related guides).

What you can do from here

Tips & troubleshooting

  • I don’t see the “My Team’s Access” toggle. That view is only available to managers/admins. If you don’t manage anyone, you’ll only see My Access.

  • An entitlement has no expiration date. That means it was granted as Permanent.

  • The Actions menu doesn’t offer Remove for an item. Some entitlements can’t be self-removed (for example, read-only or base/default access). See Remove Access.
