Update the password you use to sign in to Clarity.
Who this is for: Users who sign in with a Clarity password. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you won’t have a password to change here — the Password page is hidden for SSO accounts, and you manage your credentials through your identity provider instead. Where it happens: Profile → Password (/access-hub/password).
Step by step
Go to the Password page (under Profile in the navigation).
Fill in the three fields:
Current Password — your existing password.
New Password — must meet the password rules (see below).
Confirm New Password — re-type the new password exactly.
Click Update Password. (Cancel discards your changes and returns you to the Dashboard.)
On success you’ll see a “Password updated” confirmation and you’ll be returned to the Dashboard.
The Update Password button stays disabled until all three fields are filled, the new password meets the requirements, and the confirmation matches.
Password requirements
Your new password must be 12–64 characters and contain only letters, digits, and the special characters !@#$%^&*. It must include at least one of each:
a lowercase letter,
an uppercase letter,
a digit, and
one of the special characters !@#$%^&*.
Tips & troubleshooting
The Update Password button won’t enable. Check that the new password meets every requirement above and that Confirm New Password matches it exactly.
I don’t see a Password page. Your account likely uses SSO, so there’s no Clarity password to manage here. Use your organization’s sign-in/identity provider instead.
I forgot my current password. You’ll need to reset it through the normal sign-in/reset flow — this page requires your current password to set a new one.
